Boardman Trustees have appointed Rick Schafer CPA to the township’s Civil Service Commission. Schafer replaces Steve Hierro. Schafer is active in the community serving as a board member of the Boardman Schools Foundation for Educational Excellence and the Boardman Civic Association, and as treasurer for Boardman Community Baseball and Send-A-Kid-To-Camp. He is a past president of the Four Square Club.
