PEOPLE IN BOARDMAN have little or no problems and fears about the community in which they live, according to a recently completed study done for the Mahoning County Planning Commission. As the chart reflects, most issues raised in the study, conducted by the Youngstown State University Center for Urban Studies, are by sizeable majority “no problem” for the people of Boardman.
