MAHONING VALLEY VACUUMS, 7178 WEST BLVD., OFFICIALLY OPENED for business with ribbon-cutting ceremonies held on Monday afternoon. More than 100 persons attended the ceremonies, including local and state officials, and Youngstown State University personnel. It is operated by Brian Forward, a graduate of Boardman High School and one of the first graduates of the YSU Rich Center for Autism.
