MAHONING VALLEY VACUUMS, 7178 WEST BLVD., OFFICIALLY OPENED for business with ribbon-cutting ceremonies held on Monday afternoon. More than 100 persons attended the ceremonies, including local and state officials, and Youngstown State University personnel. Pictured, Thomas Costello, chairman of the Boardman Township Board of Trustees, reads a proclamation welcoming the business to Boardman. The business features a full line of vacuum sweepers and repair services. It is operated by Brian Forward, a graduate of Boardman High School and one of the first graduates of the YSU Rich Center for Autism.
