The Boardman Civic Association will hold a Candidates Forum Wed., Feb. 15 from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Lariccia Family Community Center in Boardman Park. The public is welcome.
      A ‘meet and greet’ will be followed by a forum for the candidates for Mahoning County Commissioner, Prosecutor and Sheriff. Candidates will be given time to present themselves, their views and positions.
      The confirmed participating candidates participating to date are:
       •Mahoning County Commissioner: [open seat] David Ditzler, Walter Pishkur
      and Richard Ouzounian.
       •Mahoning County Commissioner: Anthony Traficanti.
       •Mahoning County Prosecutor: Paul Gains and Jay Macejko.
       •Mahoning County Sheriff: Jerry Green, Brian Goodin and Jimmy Hughes.
