       PHIL KEAGGY, a Mahoning Valley native who has become recognized as one of the country’s greatest guitarists, joined the Youngstown Symphony Orchestra for its annual Holiday Pops Concert last Saturday night before a sold-out audience at Powers Auditorium in downtown Youngstown.
