     NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
      The Boardman Township Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Boardman Township Administrative building meeting room, 8299 Market Street, Boardman, OH 44512 to hear:
      APPEAL CASE AC-25-01
      Mr. J. Paul Basinger, representing property owner 201 McClurg LLC, requests a Conditional Use Permit in order to provide vehicle sales on the property located at 8091 Market Street in unincorporated Boardman Township. The property is further identified as Mahoning Tax Parcel ID # 29-034-0-011.00-0 and is located within both the GB, General Business and I, Industrial Zoning Districts. Per Boardman Township TABLE 4.07-1: PERMITTED USE TABLE, a Conditional Use Permit is required in order to provide vehicle sales. This case has been continued from the February 11, 2025 BZA meeting.
      APPEAL CASE AC-25-03
      Applicant and property owner Anthony Montwori requests a Variance for his property located at 823 Wildwood Drive in unincorporated Boardman Township in order to reduce the distance from the property line when installing a driveway from the three feet (3’) required by Boardman Township Zoning Resolution Section 11.03(C)(2)(c) down to zero feet (0’) in order to maneuver a boat trailer and stow it in an accessory structure proposed to be located in the rear yard. The property is further identified as Mahoning Tax Parcel ID # 29-077-0-089.00-0 and is located within both R1-A, Single Family Residential Zoning District.
      APPEAL CASE AC-25-04
      Mr. Jacob Gram of Gram Construction, representing property owner Ashlee Jerome, requests a Variance for her property located at 182 Mayflower Drive in unincorporated Boardman Township in order to increase the maximum fence height in the front yard from the three feet (3’) allowed by Boardman Township Zoning Resolution Section 7.05(E)(3)(a) to six feet (6’). The property is further identified as Mahoning Tax Parcel ID # 29-094-0-129.00-0 and is located within both R1-A, Single Family Residential Zoning District.
