The Boardman Township Road Department’s annual road resurfacing program will get underway in late August and early September with 9.15 miles of roads to be resurfaced.
Cost of the program is set at $1.499 million including $1.156 million in sales tax monies, and a $150,000 from an Ohio Public Works Commission grant, according to Township Road Superintendent Kim Blasco.
Roadways that will be resurfaced are the following.
•Marwood, from Market St. to he cul-de-sca;
•Wildwood Dr., from Market St. to Mill Creek Blvd.;
•Brookfield Ave., from Glenwood Ave. to the dead end;
•Argyle Ave., from Montrose to Afton Ave.;
•Paxton Rd., from Melbourne Ave. to Brookfield Ave.;
•Larkridge Dr,, from South Ave. to Glenridge Rd.;
•Brandon Ave., from Sheridan Rd. to Rt. 170;
•Melbourne Ave., from Glenwood Ave. to Market St.;
•Pheasant Dr., from Rt. 224 to East Huntington Dr.;
•North Cadillac Dr., from Glenwood Ave. to Market St.;
•South Cadillac Dr., from Glenwood Ave. to Market St.;
•Ayelsboro Ave., from Market St. to Glenwood Ave.;
•Pearson Circle at Eisenhower Dr.;
•Oak Ave., from Park Ave. to the dead end;
•Brazelton, from Saddle Brook Dr. to Presidential Dr.;
•DeBartolo Dr., from Market St. to Southern Blvd.;
•Creston Dr., from Spring Garden Dr. to Stoney Creek;
•Sugartree Dr., from Rt. 224 to the dead end;
•Timothy Lane, from the Youngstown city limits to Strayley Dr.;
•Rush Blvd., from the Youngstown city limits to Annawan Lane;
•Rush Circle, from Rush Blvd. to the cul-de-sac;
•Zander Dr., from Baymar Dr. to Hopkins Rd.;
•Carter Circle and Waggaman Circle (off Glenwood Ave.); and
•Whitman Chase, from Saddlebrook Dr. to Presidential Dr.
